The man in charge of the country didn’t realize how serious our economic problem was and didn’t plan on doing anything about it until “the experts” told him something was awry. Turns out, the economy is inter, uh, “interlinked.” Who knew? So Bush decided that he, in his own humble opinion, would take ”bold” action. Hard to believe the economy is on the brink of cratering on his watch.
