John “The Fundamentals of Our Economy Are Strong” McCain is in favor of the government’s $85 billion AIG bailout. He wants massive new regulations of financial institutions. Against this backdrop, McCain is airing a new ad in which he lies about Barack Obama’s tax plan and accuses him, without apparent irony, of wanting to grow the size of government.
It’s nice to see the McCain campaign this desperate.
