To nobody’s surprise, McCain aides have apparently given up on Iowa and New Mexico. But they’ve also concluded that “Obama will win Colorado.” So now, the aides say, McCain has to win Nevada, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and Pennsylvania to have any shot at the presidency.
Over the past couple of weeks, as polls have fluctuated, Obama has maintained a double-digit or near double-digit lead in both Virginia:

Obama maintains a slight lead in Florida and is basically tied in Ohio. I guess having a $150,000,000 month will force your opponent to choose his battles carefully.
