Talking about his lead in the polls and fighting complacency, Barack Obama yesterday said that Democrats’ ability to “screw it up” shouldn’t be underestimated. Today, Stephanie Cutter vividly illustrated what he was talking about.
Appearing on Hardball, contemptible Congresswoman Michele Bachmann told Chris Matthews that the media ought to investigate “anti-American” members of Congress because Democrats and liberals are, obviously, anti-American. Cutter appeared next on the show.
Responding to Bachmann’s moronic statement, Cutter joked that if Bachmann speaks for most Americans, she (Cutter) would be getting a one-way ticket to Canada. Nothing like making a candidate who is trying to appeal to the broadest possible audience look like an elitist, disloyal jackass. At least she didn’t say France.
