What is it about B. Hussein Obama that would cause McCain to believe that an ad this gratuitous and just plain stupid would have any effect? It’s not that Obama is connected to terrorism. He patently is not. It is instead that parts of swing states are populated by rocket scientists like these who are so ill-informed and predisposed to believe the most outlandish charges against Obama (why is that, I wonder) that they respond in exactly the way McCain would like:

In related news, people like the morons featured in this video have been getting pretty excited about the prospect of a McCain presidency. Well, maybe not so much excited by the thought of John McCain’s hand at the tiller as proclaiming that Obama is himself a “terrorist,” who should be killed, preferably by beheading, and screaming racial epithets at black journalists.
