Today on Partisan Gridlock, we’ll get a live update directly from Port-au-Prince from Danny Biran, coordinator of Israel’s Haitian rescue efforts. We’ll find out what conditions are like on the ground, how the rescue and recovery effort is going, what rescuers are seeing, and what they expect over the days and weeks to come.
Update: In addition to Israel’s relief coordinator in Haiti, we were joined by Emmanuel Lenain, Press Counselor at the French Embassy in Washington. Both described the situation on the ground, plans to assist those in need, and what the world needs to do to rebuild the country.
