How does Justice Yates complain about trial lawyers when:
1. Yates husband is a personal injury lawyer when he isn’t representing accused criminals such drug dealers, child molestors, thieves, rapists, and drunks?
2. Yates largest campaign contributors are personal injury trial lawyers?
3. Yates identifies several personal injury trial lawyers on her election Steering Committee?
4. The chairman of the Harris County Republican Party (Jared Woodfill) is a plaintiffs personal injury lawyer?
5. Cannon 5?
6. McCally is supported by business leaders including John Nau, Larry Kellner, General Counsel of Valero Energy, and others?
7. McCally has received support from both sides of the bar including national defense firms such as Fulbright & Jaworski, Morgan Lewis, Lock Lorde, and others?
8. Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR) endorsed McCally in 2008?
Yates should have never sent the letter. Don’t be open and above board with democrats. They have no morals or ethics. Didn’t we learn anything from Lyndon Johnson? They have people killed to get where they want to be.
McCally is a RINO who took enormous amounts of donations from Louisiana.
The majority of her donations were from democrat supporters.
Smart political move by democrats to oust Yates in the primary and have two of their own in the general election in November. McCally vs. Venso. I am going to ask Norma how she feels about being thrown under the bus. Smart.
