There’s no real presidential race here in Houston — McCain will win Texas handily — but lots of people have yard signs anyway.  One local McCain/Palin supporter wants everyone to know that fetuses are patriotic and, apparently, Republicans:

I meant to write about Sarah Palin’s remarkable hypocrisy in calling Barack Obama a “socialist” for wanting to “spread the wealth” in light of the fact that she’s said and done the exact same thing.  Olbermann beat me to it, and he’s on tv, so just watch:

I’m skeptical, but AMERICAblog says the RNC apparently paid $900 for a spray-on tan for Sarah Palin at the party’s convention.  By the way, $900 will by about 36 books for anyone looking to brush up on “knowledge” and “facts.”
