An obviously frustrated and probably angry Republican named John Ziegler has produced a nearly ten minute minute video in which he uncovers a shocking fact about this year’s presidential election: Many Obama voters were ill-informed about the issues.
To back up his claim, Ziegler cites a Zogby poll which shows that almost 60% of Obama supporters believed [...]

Sarah Palin’s supporters have wasted no time in setting up an exclamation mark-filled website encouraging the Alaska governor to run for president in 2012:
Thank you for visiting the official Sarah Palin For President 2012 website!
This site was created after the 2008 election and has quickly become the most visited Sarah Palin website. We have grown [...]

Minnesota’s Republican governor, Tim Pawlenty, was runner-up (or close to it) in McCain’s VP search. I was certain that McCain would select him as his running mate (shows what I know — McCain really outsmarted all of us on that one).
Pawlenty is young, well spoken, and popular in a Democratic state. Had he been picked, [...]

First, Lawrence Eagleburger said that “of course” Sarah Palin wasn’t ready to be president and would never be a “genius” in the job:
After twenty-four hours in GOP reeducation camp with Tucker Bounds and the rest of the Omega House guidance counselors, Larry resurfaced on Fox to regurgitate the party line, adequately:
Eagleburger is no Mr. Eckert:
Much more [...]

As a general rule, only cranks and ignoramuses respond to disagreements by whining that “the media” or other citizens are violating the crank’s right to free speech under the First Amendment. There are of course exceptions to every rule, but this isn’t one of them:
In a conservative radio interview that aired in Washington, D.C. Friday [...]

There’s no real presidential race here in Houston — McCain will win Texas handily — but lots of people have yard signs anyway. One local McCain/Palin supporter wants everyone to know that fetuses are patriotic and, apparently, Republicans:

I meant to write about Sarah Palin’s remarkable hypocrisy in calling Barack Obama a “socialist” for wanting to “spread the wealth” in light of the fact that she’s said and done the exact same thing. Olbermann beat me to it, and he’s on tv, so just watch:

Over at Hot Air, Allah’s got this under the headline “Quote of the Day”:
Now by ’smart,’ I don’t refer to a person who is wily or calculating or nimble in the way of certain talented athletes who we admire but suspect don’t really have serious brains in their skulls. I mean, instead, a mind that [...]

I’m skeptical, but AMERICAblog says the RNC apparently paid $900 for a spray-on tan for Sarah Palin at the party’s convention. By the way, $900 will by about 36 books for anyone looking to brush up on “knowledge” and “facts.”
